mamabooper@meags2085 Hi! Sorry I missed your previous comment. I do not know who made it. Selling for a friend who was gifted it for their wedding day, but she never fit in it. I would say it's more of a white than ivory, but some of the beading has ivory tones to it. Measurements are hard to get given the shape of the dress.
