asmilingblonde Louis backs all their products and they guarantee replacement if things like this happen. You should get in touch with them for either a replacement or they will fix it it is in their policy. Most louis’ dont tear up like this it is odd this happened. I’d def get in touch with them and let them know what happened. I own several and mine are several years old and have gone through a lot of wear and tear lol and def have lasted through the years.

bluetingurl That’s just normal wear and tear. The rim piping is the first thing to crack. I have learned that ppl that make these types of comments (referring to bag in deplorable condition) are trolls or just trying to make you lower your price to a ridiculous amount. “Don’t drink the milk, it’s spoiled!”

cynthia_mckuin My purse did the same thing I called Louis Vuitton the replacement was hundreds of dollars because in order for it to look right not only do they have to replace the leather around the purse but also the leather straps or they said it will look funny being different colors. I can’t remember how expensive it was but it was hundreds of dollars and more than I was willing to pay at the time. My purse is not even as bad off as yours.

silyblnd @cynthia_mckuin Depends on where you have it done. Only the top needs done not the handles. You can use certain conditioners to help the vachetta turn to that honey color.
