Size 16 pretty true to size; it may run slightly closer to a 14. This jacket is an amazing statement piece! Super warm since it’s made of tinsel (and flammable so stay away from an open flame). Only worn 3 times. Clasps at the neck so it drapes open slightly. No longer being sold online

@ggoulder it is about 23”. Since the jacket only has one clasp at the top though its a really forgiving fit
