@volleyma Hi. It's floor length. The measurements laying flat are as follows:
length 55"
waist 14"
bust 15"
I also added 2 pictures of me trying on the dress for reference. I'm 5'4" 36C , 29in waist & 40 in hips. The dress was clipped about an inch in the back. I hope this helps.
