A few questions: 1) are there any snags, stains, or any other imperfections whatsoever, 2) does it come from a smoke- and pet-free home, and 3) when you say measurements are approximate, does that mean they were measured by you, or taken from a general sizing chart? I’m trying to decide between sizes and need to get as close as possible. TIA for your help!
