ronnaf Hi. Is the waist 12”? I can’t see great. Does it fit more like a medium or small? Or large?

nicole2233 @ronnaf good morning, the dress is laying down flat, so the waist is 11.5 close to 12". It is true to the size of Medium. I'm myself small size between 2 and 3 and is little loose on me. I hope it will help you to figure out if the size is your size. The dress is really beautiful and well made.
