stylesaverwi I see what you are seeing -in the video it looks like a dimple but I don’t see it on the actual bag. There are definitely signs of use because the leather is SO SOFT. Also, I looked at the strap and it can be adjusted but the shortest length still seems a bit long for shoulder bag. I hope that helps
