Navy dress w/ black velvet detailing

Selling this sparkly navy and black velvet detailed dress from the Francesca’s x mi ami collection ! It’s super cute and has boning in the V cutout in the front, so it lays nicely and remains structured. It’s been worn once or twice, but has since been dry cleaned and remains in almost brand new condition.
