It’s 21” PTP (with a jacket buttoned and not pulling at all); Top to bottom down the back is 27.5”; Shoulder seam to the bottom of arm is 25”; shoulder to shoulder is 17”; there is stretch, but not a ton. I’ve attached a video so you can see the stretch, a photo of me wearing the jacket (over an old T and yoga pants!) & the back (has a bit of flare & split back in the bottom (for room). I never cut the stitch. I hope this helps!
