Super cute Old Navy Waist-Defined Ruffled Off-The-Shoulder Smocked Maxi Dress. Size is a Large but I’m a small/medium and it fits great! Awesome for the beach, a get away or any day! Measures about 15” across waist, 25” across hips, about 21.5” armpit to armpit, and 48” long from top of chest area. All measurements are from dress laying flat. Color of dress is “Henna” but is a pretty orangy rusty color. Wore once for a cruise and it’s in excellent condition.
