This is an extremely rare find! This CollAge brand hat and scarf are extremely well made, super cute and comfy! From what I can find, this was a 70s/80s brand.
The scarf is 6 ft. long plus tassels.
I just hand-washed it with Dawn dish soap and it looks fantastic!
