Classic Polka Dot Dress

This is a preloved Dressbarn Black and White Polka Dot Sleeveless Dress. The seams are on the outside and add to the dress design. Dress has a black slip underneath since Dress is somewhat sheer. would still be appropriate for the office. Call Out: Dress has string loop for a belt but no belt is with Dress. Dress is so elegant classic. Has zipper and key hole back entry. B 19.5" W 19" L 41" Call out: no belt no material tag- guess polyester type for overlay with no stretch, the slip seems polyester and has stretch. Measurements went by the overlay because it has no stretch. I try hard to approx measurements, describe item and find all call outs. I do not try to lie. I purchased all items for myself or family, so I personally was ok with what I bought. They may have been wrong size... Women do you know what I mean, wrong color or I just thought I could still dress youger. The places I have purchased from are highly reputable and they are amazingly honest people.
