It’s a V-Neck Top…it’s Black colored with Polka Dot Ruffle Accents along the neck, v-neck & end of sleeves!!! It also has Buttons down the front too!! It’s Short Sleeve but they may be a little longer than your usual short sleeve…it’s a really cute blouse!!! Size is Medium Women’s..Condition is Like New, I don’t see a single flaw!!
