NWT Jonathan Simkhai Blue Puff Sleeve Dress

Gorgeous blue dress that I’m tempted to keep. It has an oversized fit on me b/c I’m a 2-4. I like it oversized but just haven’t worn it. There is slight space where the seam is loose at the neck and that’s reflected in price. It’s a super easy fix. Open to reasonable offers.
