Also, where does the sleeve cuff actually land (I’m guessing you’ve tried it on) ? It looks like almost 3/4 sleeve on the model but I recently got a similar dress and the cuff landed right around my elbow and made it super awkward to bend my arms at all. It looks like the dress has a bit of a dropped shoulder seam, is the bottom of the sleeve connected low on the side too or is it a normal arm hole?

@sabarrow14 The sleeve is connected at the normal area of the arm, and fits more like a mutton sleeve (obviosuly not as voluminous, but puffs a little at the shoulder/upper arm and then tapers to the cuff). For me the cuff hits right above my elbow/at the end of my upper arm, and the sleeves did not impede my range of motion.

@sabarrow14 At the widest point the skirt is 22.5" measured flat from one side to another. I am a pear-shaped (hips around 40"/41") and had room in the hip area.
