vintage forever XXI midi a-line skirt

Great condition! Purchased this skirt in the first year of Forever 21 opening in Ohio. .. skirt is black with beige floral print + white threading & silver sequin detail .. drawstring & side zip waist, mid-length .. waist extends out to 18" (I was a size 14 when I purchased it) Goes from the office to date night♡
