@bretmcdaniel hello! It is a true 8 in my opinion. I’m typically a size 8, and I bought this on here for my wedding and it fit me perfectly with no alterations. I believe the previous owner did alter the length. I am 5’5” and wore 2.5 inch heels with this dress.
