I believe this is a size 6. It is ~6 cm in circumference. This is vintage. I have had this since at least 2007. Sterling silver tarnishes easily, I will clean it again prior to shipping. There are superficial scratches throughout but the ring itself is not dented. Comes in original box and pouch. Interesting thing is the engraving is upside relative the heart.
