@lilanniebo Hi. Thanks for stopping by my shop. The waist measures approximately 15.5" laying flat without stretch at all. It has elastic in the back and an adjustable bellowed tie front and can comfortably expand to 17" or 17.5" or possibly even a little more. It is quite versatile.
