What a rare find!! Fabulous Party dress by Aventura, division of Carrie Couture. Classic 1960s-70s style in a muted shade of grayish blue, but with a pinkish blue lining that gives it added depth and color. This gown is beautiful in its simplicity. A fitted bodice is covered with a chiffon over-cape that is heavily embroidered in a creamy off-white floral pattern. The cape is open in the back to allow for comfortable movement. The gathered skirt of the same chiffon falls gently from the waist and is accentuated with the same deep embroidery. A narrow belt is barely visible underneath the cape. Sleeveless, long back zipper. This super gown is a must for any true lover of vintage fashion. Wear it to a wedding—as the mother of the bride or groom, a bridesmaid, or even the bride! Would also be a perfect gown to wear when you renew your vows. It could be worn to so many special events and occasions. Unsized so please check measurements carefully.
