Theory brown jersey dress size medium (fits more like a small)

This is such a great dress in a rich chocolate brown. It can be dressed up but it is great on it's own. It could also be a year-round dress, just add boots, tights and a jacket, The fabrication is beautiful with great detail on the shoulders and bodice. I love it but am realizing it is just a little too small on me, I think this medium fits more like a small. Check the measurements to see if it will work for you. The last pic is of me and for reference I'm 5'10" and weigh about 145. I have never worn it, it is NWOT and in EUC with no stains or flaws. (the color is accurate in all but the last 2 photos - those are a little overexposed to show the seaming detail)
