Skirt is same length front and back, it just looks tiered since the back is open. Once it’s on, it’s even. Like new with no known defects. Lined.
Roughly 33in from top of shoulder to bottom hem.
Waist measures roughly 12in flat, but it’s very stretchy. I didn’t notice it cutting in on a 31in waist.
Outer 100% cotton, lining 100% rayon.

@ss_sheneman Okay, so there’s a cutout on the ribcage, and the back will be adjustable depending on how you tie the bow. Going from seam to seam with the way I have it tied right now, it’s roughly 16in flat armpit to armpit.
