Hey! The tag says M but the sizing is marked S. Is that a misprint or is it like it’s a medium but fits like a small? What are the bust and waist measurements?

@jnelso17cp bodice is fully smocked so the ptp is about 12.75 but stretches to nearly double. and the dress is open and loose after the smocking so hard to measure that
