Avenue long skirt, super comfy. Light weight soft fabric 100%rayon. Elastic waist with drawstring tie. Hem is longer on the sides and shorter in the front and back. Please see photos. 20 inch waist 30 1/2 inches in total length from middle front of skirt to hem 39 inches total length on the sides from waist to hem 27 inch across the hips Oh, measurements taken or a good approximation.
