This dress is absolutely stunning. Circa 1990s, it’s a maxi length black dress with long sleeves a high neckline and shoulder pads. It’s made of the slightly ribbed super stretchy almost shimmery black fabric popular during that era. The high neckline and shoulder pads gives it an art deco old hollywood 1940s vibe. It has a ton of stretch making it suitable for a range of sizes - min and max measurements included. Overall in good vintage condition - a seam has been repaired near the shoulder. A few minor pulls to the fabric as shown in pics.
