Late 90s Early Y2K Blue Metallic Tube Top Prom Dress

This is a gorgeous late 90s Early Y2K prom or formal dress. Made of a Navy Blue Metallic netted material, it’s a strapless sparkly dress with ruching down the side. Has glitter sparkled throughout - see pics. Some has started to fall off / fade away. Marked a size 3/4 - see measurements in photos.
