It is a clingy fabric that is listed at 3XL, but I suspect for the younger version of it. Adding measurements as it seems it could be a gals tshirt or a teenagers--those of which you can see in teh photos as well, just to make the decision a bit easier. 28" inches long 17" inches on the shoulder iT SEEMS QUITE SMALL FOR A 3X; I SUSPECT A CHILD OR TEENAGER?
