Vertical pink and white striped vintage long shorts/capris by No Excuses

Bought for meeee for my 90s-Mom-Summer but sadly they are just too tight. 😭😭😭 see measurements above. Best for a size 2 or true 25-26. The pink and white stripes are absolute summer perfection and I love the cut of these!
