Hi, thank you for your interest! Yes, as mentioned in the description the inseam is 27" long and the fabric is a rayon blend! Leg opening measures 5.5" across. These pants are a looser fit and from the crotch to the side measures 13" across. Mid rise. As for styling, the cargo style definitely states a casual vibe but the fabrication elevates them. I'd pair these with a sling-back shoe and short jacket for the office or with sneakers and a cute tee for a more relaxed time. Hope this helps!
