Women’s Size 2 (Altered Length) - Tadashi Shoji Navy and Tan Formal Dress

Please note the following: I had this dress altered to fit my height which is 5’3” and I was planning on wearing 3” heels. The original price listed does not include what I paid to have it altered. I bought this dress used from Thred Up. I ended up not wearing it after choosing another dress.
