This is a truly luxurious bath tea in my Blended by K's After Work Out/Muscle Relief Blend. Made with Organic leaves of Rosemary, Peppermint, Spearmint and Sage, Epsom Salt & Premium Essential Oils. Terrific after a good workout, a day working in the yard, or any heavy lifting activity to ease muscle tension. This tea comes in a 17oz resealable plastic container with teabags for use (to save your drain) and a lovely wooden spoon to use as a scoop. A fabulous spa experience in your own tub. Just fill the teabag with 3-4 ounces, tie it off and either hang it from the spout as you're filling your tub or drop it in the bath water...lie back and enjoy the relaxing effects.
