NWOT St. Roche Tomi Dress in Ivory, size 10

LIKE NEW! NEVER WORN! Discontinued Style, Rare. This gorgeous Victorian-style dress has a beautiful, intricate detailing made entirely out of organic cotton with a slip inside and a lovely sash. Dress has an elastic waist, making it forgiving and comfortable for any shape. There are absolutely no issues, snags or stains. I tried this on once I received it and the slightly puffed sleeves just did not look good on me as I hoped. But I kept the dress all these years thinking I might change my mind about it because I absolutely adored all the rest. *Kept in a pet-free, smoke-free home* DETAILS: measurements taken flat • pit-to-pit: around 17.5" but stretches more due to front pleating • length from shoulder: 45" • sleeve length: about 10" • waist: about 14" unstretched (but has elastic and can stretch up to 22-23" flat across)
