NWT Uncle Frank Retro Shift Dress Style 73444 Made in USA Size Small 100% Cotton Smoke-free home The simple silhouette is brought to life with a funky, retro print and bell sleeve. This dress is 100% cotton and super soft and lightweight (it feels more like the weight of rayon, in my opinion, but it is, in fact cotton!) This dress has never been worn, and would be perfect for fall paired with cute boots. There is one small pull on the right front shoulder (please see photo) that really goes unnoticed and one small blemish towards the bottom hem on the back (please see photo.)
