Lindy Bop polka dot dress sz small (altered)

Bright blue with black polka dots and black Peter Pan collar. Center bow accent. Dress is US size small, UK 10, EU 38, but has been shortened and taken in, professionally. Back zipper. (Tiny thread bubble at botton of zipper, see pictures) 15.5 inches pit to pit. 34 inches, shoulder to hem. 14 inches across fitted waist. D2
