They have a 4 inch high-rise waistband for flattering coverage and four way stretch that is brushed for a super soft feel. Medium weight that is comfortable and looks great. Also comes with a sports bra that is made for medium impact and has a 2 1/2 inch under band with inner lining for smooth flattering coverage. There are removable cup pads. This also has the four-way stretch that is incredibly soft. The resistance loops are a set of three loops in light, medium, and heavy resistance.
