lsumrell @halinamart hi there. I’m so sorry the PO is apparently having some issue with your package. They frustrate me to no end but I think they have so many problems b/c they are always short handed in employees. I can’t imagine why your package is scanning!!😡

lsumrell @halinamart I mailed it at 8:30 last Monday morning the 2nd and when you click on the tracking it still says the first scan which is that it was accepted at the kiosk where I mailed it inside the PO. I have the receipt. If you go to your purchases on Poshmark and click on this purchase it gives you the option to look at the tracking but you will of course see the same thing I see

lsumrell @halinamart It’s the receipt you get when you mail something at the PO. You can go on USPS.com and fill out a form for them to look into it. The tracking number is in the email you got from Poshmark when it got accepted at the PO and in the info on this item in your “Purchases” in the Poshmark app.

lsumrell @halinamart I will have to make a listing of the receipt so you can screenshot it and then I’ll delete it. I’ll do this right now and let me know when you screenshot it so I can delete it b/c it’s personal and it just shouldn’t be for everyone to see in my opinion

lsumrell @halinamart so this is so very typical of usps I’m sorry to be able to say but on their website I tried to (they make it very difficult and confusing) file a missing mail report but it kept buffering and wouldn’t let me do anything at all. I went to Poshmark support and told them what is going on. Now I’ll wait to see what they can do! I’m really sorry. I’m extremely frustrated!!

lsumrell @halinamart I’m just not sure what happened to it. To see all of the comments that we both have made you have to click on the “ see all” tab. I feel like you might have missed all I said earlier this morning before I left my house. I had the receipt in a listing but took it down. I asked that you screenshot it and then let me remove it. I didn’t get a response. Do you want me to put the receipt in a listing again? I don’t know how else to show it to you
