Vintage 70s navy blue maxi dress with chiffon butterfly sleeves and bust overlay, elastic with navy tea rose accented tie waist, zips up back. Great vintage condition. Bust measures 17 inches flat unstretched, 20 inches stretched. Waist measures 12.5 inches flat, 14 inches stretched. Hips measure 25 inches, length from shoulder to hem is 51 inches. Cat friendly, nonsmoking home.
