jesscopeland11I've never had a Penelope before. All of mine are Edie turnlocos.... So this may be an odd question but I see that it only has an 8-in drop in the handles. But does the leather at the top of the purse have some give? I want to know if you can put it on your shoulder with one hand? Or does it take two because the straps are too short?
