Hi, I’m sure there isn’t anything that I can do at this point, but I’m really unhappy. I’ve had this Coach wristlet for only a few days and the zipper doesn’t work. I took a video of me trying to close it. I tried using it today, but had to take all of my things out because it won’t stay closed. The zipper just keeps popping open. I’ll be happy to send you the video if you’d like. I’m now stuck with a wallet I cannot use.
