Beautiful and rare Marc Jacobs handbag briefcase. Double attached top handle, open top with cream suede lining. Black smooth leather and white stitching. Brushed nickel hardware and 4 feet. There are a number of marks and scratches, perhaps they can be buffed out? I'm not sure. Otherwise good used vintage condition, please see photos.
