Vintage Tripp nyc goth Y2K black & burgundy spiderweb lace pleat skirt

I bought this from Torrid or Hot Topic forever ago and wore it maybe once.. This pleated skirt has an iridescent burgundy lace up panel at the waist. Inside the pleats are burgundy and black spiderweb lace panels. It zips up the back. It's a size 12. The waist part measures about 17" at the top, the length is about 22.5", and those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat.
