Jessica Howard dress fit and flair, slightly tinted white almost giving it a pearl look with brown floral print. Large pleats at waist and bodice. Looks like it might have had a belt with it, bought it with out it and never wore it. Sleevless and has rear zipper and hook closure. Fabric does not stretch, Excellent condition.

Hello , I have a question about this CUTE dress... does this dress have a line across the top,, near your stomach ...... where the top of the dress ends and the pleats begin at the bottom of it or are the pleats, just straight down ? I couldn't tell on my phone....I need another 🙄 Thank you

@chinesss1 Yes there is a seam that runs all the way around where the bodice meets the skirt, I will include a better picture.
