@natalieccai I’m not great with measuring but when the dress is layer out it measures 17inches from one side to the other side but not including the elastic straps.

@natalieccai the hips when flat look about 17 inches but is very stretchy and has a nice full bottom - so good coverage.

@terricadavis5 Thank you , it’s my daughter. She is 5’4 but this can be worn on a taller dancer. The belt does not stretch but is adjustable. It can wrap around or be worn tighter or looser.
