1950s purple dress and matching jacket

1950s bombshell wiggle dress with a matching cropped jacket. Such an iconic 50s cut and silhouette, in a very unexpected colour and pattern. It has really flattering gathering along the best line, a slightly wider neckline, and the jacket has a bit of a raglan sleeve. Does up with a metal zipper down the back. The little jacket does up with 3 fabric covered buttons, Both pieces are fully lined, aside from the jacket sleeves. Era: 1950s Label: no label fabric: no fabric label but is likely acetate Condition: good vintage condition, there doe snot seem to be any flaws that i can see Keep in mind these garments are usually quite old and it is not uncommon for them to show signs of wear.
