🚨🚨 DO NOT USE THREDUP DO NOT SEND CLEAN OUTS 🚨🚨

This is just MY PERSONAL experience with the company. I made the mistake of not reading the rules for the clean out kit, I assumed it was like TRR, you send them items they pick which ones are good and send the rest back. I was so TERRIBLY wrong. I sent items from my Poshmark store NWT, some over $500. When I purchased the kit I was not informed I would pay $14.99 for shipping until AFTER I had received the kit. I was not made aware I would need to pay $10.99 to have my items sent back to me rather than “donated” or “recycled” by the THREDUP team. Not only did I lose over $500 BUT the representative I spoke to told me I shouldn’t have sent it if I didn’t want to sell it. Now, if I want my items back after 30 days I need to pay $5.99 PER each item. Which totaled to $72. Since I didn’t claim them in 24 it’s THEIR property now. I now lost my WHOLE entire inventory. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. DO NOT SENT TO THREDUP UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE $1 PER CLOTHING SENT!
