A New Day Navy Floral Maxi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @silvblueice. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Great dress but it doesn’t fit me. Unfortunately even though it’s a medium the top of dress fits more like a small. Questions? Leave a comment below!
