White Patent leather that has tragically yellowed from oxidation. I begged my unfashionable mother to buy these new around 2001-2003 & she never really wore them either due to bunions or straight-up hating them. Probably both. Despite the yellowing, they still look pretty slick- sort of an enjoyable unsettling sickly colour instead of blindingly white.
