Express Velvet Surplice Fit and Flare Dress

Reposhing this item , but unfortunately, it was a bit too large for me . Brand New with tags : Only tried on once . This dress is a lovely mauve velvet color, a deep V plunge , and length above the knees. ( For reference, I am 5'3, and it hits a little above my knees) Perfect color for fall 🍁🍂 Please see photos for measurements. This dress does have quite a bit of stretch. All items come from a smoke-free, pet friendly home . Offers welcome !
