The only thing is that it might originally have come with a detachable hood as there are some buttons underneath the collar. It does come with the original belt that is loose. There are no belt loops. The belt measures about 1 1/2 by 61 1/4 inches. Button closure with hidden buttons. Only the top one shows. Big shiny matching pink plastic buttons.
