I have always loved the moon but now she and I are locked in an eternal pact of ‘hope’ I ask her how you are and she lets me know you’re peaceful blissful reminding me you still exist within my own bones and that she’s simply reflecting it back so I can see it more clearly I ask her not to stop never to stop I have always loved the moon but now she holds me in the night when I need to see your face I look at hers instead and she shows me you, my love she reflects you right back And I ask her not to stop never to stop.
